INGREDIENTS:
2oz gin
.5oz Luxardo maraschino liqueur
.5oz CLM 6%
.25oz simple syrup (1:1 by weight)
.25oz Creme de Violette
1 pinch kosher salt
1 Rynar cherry (garnish)
PROCEDURE:
Combine all in ingredients in a shaker tin with ample ice, and shake until properly chilled and diluted. Double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a Rynar cherry. Serve or enjoy promptly.
